WHAT’S INCLUDED?

All those who participate will receive a COMPLIMENTARY portrait session at our studio located in Fairfield, OH that specializes in Black & White portrait art. (Value $300) Participants will also receive a $100 STUDIO CREDIT to apply towards their prints and wall art purchases if all original appointments were kept without rescheduling.

Each participant may have one of their portraits included in our newest wall art displays at our studio.

There is no obligation to purchase, but you’ll have a fun and special separate appointment to look at photographs during a Zoom session 7-10 days after your portrait session. As a guide, print package begins at $550, while most clients spend $1500 and upwards on their finished prints and wall art pieces.

THE PROCESS

1. DISCOVERY CALL

Through a brief phone conversation, we'll acquaint ourselves with you. We'll explore your vision, the session's participants, and their significance in capturing relationship dynamics. This aids us in photographing these connections. Questions you have can be answered, and we can secure your session booking during this call. We'll also provide guidance on session preparation and attire before your scheduled shoot.

2. PORTRAIT SESSION

Upon your studio arrival, your comfort, as well as that of your family and pets, is our utmost concern. The session seamlessly balances enjoyable moments with meticulous attention to detail. This is where Anjali Fong truly shines, expertly capturing the genuine and finest attributes of your personality, along with those of your pets and family—both as individuals and as a cohesive unit. Guiding you through each phase, Anjali will provide prompts and pose suggestions. This is your moment to relish, as you place your trust in us to craft stunning portraits that will appreciate in significance over the passing years. Sessions take 45 min - 1 hour.

3. PURCHASE APPOINTMENT

Within 7-10 days post your portrait session, join us for an exclusive Zoom presentation of your portraits. This cinematic showcase provides an opportunity to appreciate your cherished family, including your four-legged members. With Anjali Fong's guidance, you'll choose your preferred portraits during this celebratory meeting. It's recommended that all decision-makers attend this appointment.

4. DELIVERY

Your order will be available for studio pickup within 6-8 weeks or can be delivered to your home for a nominal fee. This exciting phase marks the highlight of the journey, where you'll lay eyes on your prints and wall art. From your walls to your heart, these pieces will bring joy for a lifetime.

To help avoid no-shows and cancellations, we require a $200 confirmation deposit to make sure you are serious (even for complimentary sessions). We will refund that deposit after your photo viewing session, or it can be used towards prints and wall arts. I understand it is refundable by keeping my appointment.

Are you looking for models?: No, we are looking for REAL people with pets to fill out our new studio displays and social media posts.
Where are you located?: All complimentary sessions will be held at our studios in Fairfield, OH. From Jungle Jims, go south on S Gilmore Road up the hill and we are on the left across from Pool Stuff. Lookout for the Michael Garland State Farm building with Sally the Red Tow Truck parked in front.

How far ahead are you booking for?: We are booking within the next 8 weeks, depending on availability.
What do I receive?: A chance to be photographed by Anjali Fong at her studio in Fairfield, OH. All participants will receive a completely COMPLIMENTARY Black & White photography session (retail $500) and an additional $100 STUDIO CREDIT to apply towards their prints and wall art purchases if all original appointments were kept without rescheduling. There is no obligation to purchase.
How do I book my session date and time?: Once you fill out the application form, we will review it and will reach out to your by text or email. Sessions are booked after a scheduled short phone call to go over all of the details and confirm we are a good fit. Sessions are taking place on a first come, first served basis.

A $200 refundable retainer fee secures your date and time on the Studio’s calendar. This refundable retainer ensures that we have serious and committed clients coming in and is refunded in full as long as you attend your appointments.
Why are you offering these sessions?: We’re passionate about creating extraordinary portraits and we care deeply about making beautiful artwork of people with their beloved pets, who means so much to them. We love photographing dogs and currently, we are exploring new creative artistic ideas for our senior dog portraits. Senior pets play an integral part as a loved family member and we want to capture that relationship dynamics and cherish them being part of your lives. With your participation, you will be able to cherish the memories of your pet(s) when they have passed, with the beautiful portraits. And we get to update our displays at our studio. Can I have my whole family family photographed?: Yes! We will be happy to photograph your whole family at no extra cost. Children, partners, grandparents are all welcome. Or, it can simply be all about you and your pet(s).
Can I purchase the photographs?: Yes, you do have the opportunity to purchase photographs at your ordering meeting. This special and fun meeting takes place via Zoom approximately 1-2 weeks after your portrait session in the comfort of your own home. Please note, no on-line proofs or printed proofs are available with our Studio. This meeting is when you will view your beautiful portraits, place any orders and apply your $100 Studio Credit towards any order you'd like to make. As a guide, our pricing starts at $550 for a collection of matted prints and larger wall art products begin at $1450. These prices are before using your $100 Studio Credit.
How long do you keep the photos?: We store everything you love enough to order for ONE year. Unordered portraits are regularly purged to make room for future client orders.
How long does a portrait session take?: A standard portrait session takes approximately 45 - 60 minutes, depending on the number of people in the family and ages of the children. We build in extra time for you to change when you arrive and to do one outfit change per session in case you would like more than one look for your portraits. We have a dedicated changing room for you to use.
What do I wear? What looks best in Black & White?: Don’t worry, we will send you a guide on what’s best to wear for your portrait session. You can also bring several options with you and Anjali Fong will help you choose just before your session begins.
How long until we receive our products?: Prints and Products will be ready for pick-up or be delivered to you in 6-8 weeks. The digital collections will be delivered after the products have been delivered to you.
