HELLO! You will be given this once-in-a-lifetime chance to be photographed in our new studio in Fairfield, OH. This opportunity included the session fee (valued at $300) and a $100 studio credit to apply towards any purchase which you like.

Our FAMILIES & THEIR DOGS opportunity is not for everyone; it might be for you. But if you feel it is, we will give you 100% of our time, expertise and passion to give you the most fun, professional family portrait session! And that, we can promise you.

Most mothers take this opportunity to have their family portraits with their dogs taken, hence the entire family is welcome and encouraged to participate, including grandparents and significant others. If you fall in love with the photographs, you are more than welcome to buy them.

We will help you create meaningful portraits for your home, and also help you create and document your family in this unique phase in your life, so that you can look back and cherish them in years to come.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

All those who participate will receive a COMPLIMENTARY portrait session at our studio located in Fairfield, OH that specializes in Black & White portrait art. (Value $300) Participants will also receive a $100 STUDIO CREDIT to apply towards their prints and wall art purchases, and an additional $50 STUDIO CREDIT if all original appointments were kept without rescheduling.

Each participant may have one of their portraits included in our newest wall art displays at our studio.

NO OBLIGATION TO PURCHASE

There is no obligation to purchase, but you’ll have a fun and special separate appointment to look at photographs during a Zoom session 7-10 days after your portrait session. As a guide, print package begins at $495, while most clients spend $1500 and upwards on their finished prints and wall art pieces.

THE PROCESS

1. DISCOVERY CALL

A quick chat over the phone to tell you more details about the promotion. We will also discuss what you would like to achieve out of the session, who we are going to photograph, why this portrait session is important for you and how you plan to use the photographs. We will also be able to answer any questions you have and book your session.

2. PORTRAIT SESSION

The session is FUN yet attentive, and is where Anjali Fong excels in photographing your family or pets; together and individually, as well as a variety of groupings. She will guide you every step of the way, giving you prompts and poses. This is your time to enjoy your family and entrust us with creating gorgeous custom portraits that will only become more precious to you as the years pass. Session takes 45 min - 1 hour.

3. REVEAL SESSION

7-10 days after your portrait session, you're invited to a special cinematic slideshow presentation of your portraits via Zoom. This unique process allows you to reflect on what a treasure you have in your family. After reviewing your portraits with you, Anjali Fong will help you pick your favorites and take care of any orders at this celebratory meeting.

4. DELIVERY

6-8 weeks after your session you will receive your order, you will be able to pick up your orders from the studio or for a small fee, to have them delivered right to your home. This is the best part of the whole process when you get to see your portraits and enjoy them on your walls for a lifetime.

Is this a competition?: No, we are looking for REAL mothers, their dog(s) and children to expand our portfolio and for studio displays.
Where are you located?: We have studios in Fairfield, OH and Osgood, IN. However, currently we are having the complimentary sessions in the Fairfield studio, which is located at S Gilmore Rd, one street down from Jungle JIm’s.
What happens after I fill out the form?: Once you have submitted your form, we will get in touch for you to select a date + time for a Discovery Call, whereby you get to talk to either Sharline, our Client Assistant, or Anjali Fong to discuss the details of this portrait promotion with you and what you would like to get out from the session.

IMPORTANT: We will text you 10-15 minutes before we call you on the mobile number which you have provided. Please be sure to answer your phone at the time of your consultation call. These promotions typically generate a significant amount of interest and the amount of sessions we are able to schedule is limited.
Why is this Discovery Phone Call for, and why is it necessary?: Before being able to schedule your portrait, you'll have a phone call to discuss your session, pay your refundable deposit of $200 and officially book your date on the Studio Calendar.

At that time, we will begin to plan and design the perfect portrait session for your family. We'll ask you a few questions to get better idea of the different personalities in your family and what makes your family so unique. This conversation will help Anjali Fong during the portrait session.
Why do I have to pay $200 deposit if it is a complimentary session?: While your session is complimentary we do ask for a $200 refundable deposit. A lot of planning and expenses occurred before the session begins. Unfortunately in the past, when we have done complimentary sessions, we have had a lot of no-shows and last minute cancellations. This deposit is basically our insurance that you are serious and committed to the portrait session. This $200 deposit is completely refundable just as long as you schedule and keep your Zoom Reveal Session. Most families use the deposit and the extra $100 Studio Gift Card towards their prints and wall art purchase.
How long does the portrait session last?: Each session takes about 45 minutes to 1-hour. This allows Anjali Fong to get a variety of combinations and poses, which captures each individual’s personality and the connections within the family. After your session is completed we will show you to the various products that we have to offer.
Can I bring other family members?: Absolutely! We encourage all clients to bring along other siblings, parents, grandparents, even your fur babies! (maximum of 6-8) There is no charge for additional family members.
Can I purchase images from the session?: We would love that, of course, however, there is no obligation to purchase. If you love them enough to own something like a piece of wall art, digital files or other great products we offer, we can help you use your $100 gift voucher toward that purchase during your photo viewing.
How much do the photographs cost?: Anjali Fong specializes in producing beautiful home decor pieces including wall acrylics, matted print collections and digital file collections . The retouched, matted 8x10’s collection starts at $495 and wall art starts at $1450. Most clients spend around $1500 on average, sometimes more.
I dont know what to wear. Will you help me?: Of course! After you book your portrait session, you will receive a link to our What to Wear Guide. Our sessions focus less on the clothing, but more about you and your family members. We highly recommend to wear black or darker tones. With the portraits being black and white, these look best. If you have any questions, we are always here to help guide you.
How long until we receive our products?: Prints and Products will be ready for pick-up or be delivered to you in 6-8 weeks. The digital collections will be delivered after the products have been delivered to you.
